VIDEO: Fall Styling

Here's my first attempt at a video detailing what I'll be wearing as soon as the weather turns a bit nippy! I made it a while back for a competition I entered and thought I'd share it with you!

Cortnie from StyleLustPages was sweet enough to send me one of her Love, Cortnie creations! I LOVE THIS CLUTCH!  She uses upholstery fabric instead of the typical calf hair and I think it is an excellent and original take on the classic print!  The clutch is so soft, utterly cute and I've gotten loads of compliments on it. 

There's a little inside pocket that comes in quite handy for a cell and a tube of lipstick, and at $45, you really can't go wrong! I've been searching for the perfect animal print clutch for a while and this bag more than satisfies my search.

I declare that all jeans should be made with a dash of stretch in them! These Free People cuties are fabulous and worth every penny! First worn here, they're high-waisted, thin, stretchy and in a word - breathable!! Best pair I have so far hands down (and incidentally, at the time of this shoot, the only pair). Yes, I'd gotten myself in a mood and simply donated all my jeans which were to tight, too low, too uncomfortable - which happened to be all of them.

So here's to finding new and more comfortable jeans!

Since I can't post everyday, I figured I'd give you guys a glimpse of my everyday outfits!



Attended the Urban Outfitter's Around the World Event with Pamela of Cinderella's Closet (who's fast becoming a dangerous and enabling shopping companion hehehe). We had a great time at the over crowded event sipping on Stella's and snacking on macaroons!

Sequined shorts; hell yeah!

Thought she wore the dress (above on the rack) beautifully! Loved the dramatic slits up the front.

This fur coat had deep purple panels on the sleeve...LOVE!

Yummy macaroons. They also were serving sweet tarts, champagne and Stella's but boy was it crowded (couldn't stop for picture taking too long or you'd get promptly bumped out the way)! People love their free alcohol!

'If He Be Married, My Grave is Like To Be My Wedding Bed'

The BF and I have a thing for old graveyards.  We'll pull over if we see a particularly creepy one and just walk through the tombs for a visit and read the dates on headstones.  Our weird way of getting a bit of history but also it's so sad sometimes to see a whole family buried side by side and to read the inscription of 'beloved daughter, 1821-1822'  There were so many headstones that read that way.

So we took out the camera and decided to pay homage to the dead.

By the way, first gave you guys a glimpse of this dress here.  Don't really wear it that much though because it's sooooo delicate!
